This study aims to look at patient and physician satisfaction of long term Glabellar lines
(GL) treatment with Dysport in a real life setting. It will also allow better understanding
of what patients expect from the treatment, and the injection practices used by doctors.

Explorative study on a medical device with two steps. The first pilot step will be on 8
patients (4 with lymphedema and 4 with venous insufficiency). The main objective is to
assess the feasibility of measures by high resolution transient elastography on these
pathologic skins, and to define 3 areas for measures.
The second step will be on 136 participants (48 healthy volunteers, 48 with venous
insufficiency and 40 with unilateral lymphedema of a limb). The ... Read More
The aim of this prospective study is to assess the efficacy of autologous Platelet Rich
Plasma combined with Hyaluronic Acid prepared with RegenKit-BCT HA Cellular Matrix on skin
rejuvenation. Thirty-one patients were included and received three PRP-AH injection sessions
4 weeks apart into the cheeks. The outcomes were assessed at baseline, 1, 3 and 6 months
after the last injection session. Safety was assessed by reported adverse event analysis.
An email questionnaire about subjective satisfaction and discomfort has been sent to 243
patients undergoing non-surgical facial and cervical lift 1 week, 1 month, 6 months and 1
year after treatment.
The objective of the study was to assess the aesthetic outcome of different abutments
materials and shapes on dental implants .
A set of parameters, including assessments of the mucosa and periodontal tissue , soft
tissue , radiographic evaluations and clinical photographs, was used to obtain a measure of
the aesthetic of implant-prosthesis rehabilitations.

Different studies have proposed the use of zirconia abutments to improve the aesthetic
outcomes in the anterior sextant, however the results have been inconclusive. A tendency
towards a better aesthetic result with the use of zirconia instead of titanium abutments was
observed, although more technical complications were also recorded. The use of zirconia
abutments in the anterior maxillary region showed a tendency towards better matching,
although differences ... Read More
The purpose of this study is to see if the use of a single-use negative pressure wound
therapy system (NPWT) will have an effect on the reduction of post-surgical incision healing
complications following breast reduction surgery and to assess the medium-term aesthetic
appearance and quality of the resultant scar, compared with standard of care dressings.
The aim of this study is to evaluate the impact of a socio-aesthetic intervention on body
image and quality of life in post-surgical patients with mastectomy or tumorectomy for
breast cancer. Two groups of randomized subjects were constituted. Patients of the
experimental group received 2 or 3 aesthetic care during the first post-surgical week,
whereas those of the control group not. Body image, quality of life and diverse other
personality variables were ... Read More

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Sculptra Aesthetic on the cosmetic
rejuvenation of the midface complex. The investigators plan to both qualitatively determine
the restoration of midface architecture as well as quantitatively document the change in
midface volume by employing three-dimensional (3D) surface imaging which critically analyzes
volumetric tissue changes. Our hypothesis is that patients who receive Sculptra Aesthetic

Ten year safety study examining rates of rare adverse events, child bearing issues, effects
of mammography, MRI compliance and results, and long-term benefit of silicone-filled breast
Cosmetic result after breast-conserving surgery (BCS) would impose great effect upon
patient's quality of life. Although peri-areolar incision has been widely used in benign
breast tumor excision, mastopexy procedures and skin-sparing mastectomy with primary
reconstruction, the actual safety and aesthetic outcome of the peri-areolar incision
approach in BCS for cancer patients has not been established by randomized, controlled

Anecdotal evidence suggests that patients' skin quality may improve as a result of
poly-L-lactic acid injection. While this is not the primary goal of such treatments it is
often seen and described as so called "Sculptra glow".
The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of repeated subcutaneous injections of
poly-L-lactic acid (Sculptra Aesthetic) on skin quality.
Participating subjects will be part of the study for about 15 months. There will be an

The study will compare how well PF-06473871 works versus placebo in reducing skin scarring
after scar revision surgery of existing breast scars. The study will also evaluate the
safety of PF-06473871 in healthy adult subjects.
The aim of this study is to evaluate the influence of superstructure material on crestal
bone resorption and esthetic outcome of dental implants in patients with single missing
tooth in the aesthetic zone.
The overall purpose of this study is to enhance identification and isolation of ADSCs and
adipocytes, to find the optimum culturing conditions to increase growth and volume of
grafts, and to study the effects of cryopreservation on ADSCs and adipocytes. Fat injections
are used in aesthetic surgery but tend to disassemble over time. If the investigators can
enhance growth and volume of fat in culture, the investigators could use fat grafts in
reconstruction ... Read More
